Frequently asked questions

The program is run in a group format using a mobile app.  You will also be assigned to a WhatApp group where you will interact and receive weekly videos, tips and support. This helps you stay accountable and it’s a lot of FUN!

The Reset has a specific format of foods to “Enjoy” and foods to “Avoid”. You will be given a weekly meal plan, shopping list and recipes for 4 weeks.  You are welcome to customise your meal choices as long as you stick within The Reset food guidelines.

Any diet change can be an adjustment at first, but with some planning ahead, even the most time poor clients are able to prepare their meals.  Some of the recipes are quick and easy options, while others offer a bit more flavour!
